Job Description
Personnel Resources is immediately recruiting for a direct hire position as a Warehouse Lead in Dothan, AL for a leading manufacturing company in the steel industry. This is a working manager role so you will be expected to be able to work in the warehouse daily.
Pay will range between $50,000 - $60,000 per year and will work on 1st shift Monday Friday 6am - 2pm.
Duties:
Coordinate and supervise the activities of your team
Assign tasks and provide guidance to team members
Ensure that all safety protocols are followed
Handle all paperwork
Will pitch in and be a working manager on the distribution floor
Skills:
5+ years prior experience in a warehouse or supervisory role is required
Steel fabrication or distribution experience is required
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Effective communication and leadership abilities
Basic computer skills
