We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shipping Supervisor to oversee our shipping operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse operations.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shipping Supervisor to oversee our shipping operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse operations.
Duties
- Supervise daily shipping activities, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to streamline shipping operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding materials handling.
- Generate shipping labels and ensure accuracy utilizing Ship Hero and labeling systems
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and materials handling procedures.
- Must have computer skills to include Excel and the ability to create pivot tables and Outlook
