Personnel Resources has an immediate openings for Experienced Welders for a local manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and adjusting welding equipment and welding up to the company’s standards. This will be a Try-Hire role in Dothan, Alabama.

Experienced Welders Job Description:

• Must be able to adjust and set up on welding equipment to weld precisely what’s needed
• Will be welding parts to carbon steel beams

Job Requirements and Skills Set:

• MIG and wire welding experience is preferred
• Applicant must be ambitious and willing to grow with this position (on the job training to help with advancement will be provided)
• Fitting experience is a plus

Work Schedule:

Workdays: Monday through Friday

Work Hours: Monday through Thursday will be 6am-4:30pm; Friday will be 6am-2:30pm

Pay Rate:

$14+ per hour based on experience
